Anytime offers two main lines of motor insurance plans, which are Standard Drive and Smart Drive accordingly. In all our plans you can choose the cover packages that you need. For Standard Drive those packages are the following:
Economic: The ideal solution for those who wish the absolutely necessary by the law insurance cover (third party liability), including Road Assistance.
Additionally, for passenger vehicles, the cover of Windscreen & Glass Damage (optional) is included.
Value: The most luxuriant basic program of third-party liability including the covers for ‘Windscreen and Glass damage’ as well as ‘Personal Accident’.
Additionally, for passenger vehicles Airbags coverage, Total loss and Misfueling (optional) are included.
Premium: Our full comprehensive insurance, designed for you wishing your vehicle’s full coverage. A complete insurance plan for any risk, only for vehicles under 15 years old.
Additionally, for passenger vehicles, the optional covers of Personal Belongings and Misfueling are included
Minimum & Maximum cover limit for passenger’s vehicles and for commercial ones

The excesses in car insurance depend on the value of the vehicle:

Your vehicle’s insurance cover begins on the starting date and hour indicated on your Insurance Policy, with the condition that the premium fee has been paid in due time.
In particular:
- the insurance cover will be valid from the same day at 12 o’clock noon onwards if the insurance policy has been issued before 12 o’clock noon,
- the insurance cover will be valid from the exact hour of issuance onwards if the insurance policy has been issued after 12 o’clock noon,
- if you have chosen the issuance of the insurance policy to happen at a later date other than today, the insurance cover will be valid on the date you have chosen from 12 o’clock noon onwards.
Particularly in the case of the Premium Full Comprehensive plan concerning the covers for Own Damage, Fire, Complete theft, Partial Theft, Natural perils, Strikes, riots, civil commotion, Malicious Damage, Loss of use of the vehicle’ your insurance is valid on the starting date and hour indicated on your insurance policy under the following circumstances:
- The Vehicle has been inspected and photographed by the company.
- During the inspection, the Vehicle stands in good condition and it has been confirmed that all its data (including the model type) are identical to those declared on the Insurance application.

In case of transfer:
- Cancellation of Insurance Policy: Insurance coverage ends as soon as the transfer is completed or agreed upon.
- Return of Insurance Certificate: The insurance certificate must be returned to the company within 48 hours of the cancellation.
- Loss of Certificate: If the certificate is lost, an affidavit is required and must be sent to the company.
- Title of Ownership: The new owner must agree with the details on the title of ownership for the new insurance to be valid.
In case of purchase of a new vehicle:
- A new insurance policy is issued in the name of the new owner, based on the title of ownership.

The vehicle’s value limit is calculated according to its current commercial value and it is necessary in case you have chosen the Full Comprehensive Premium plan.

CONTENT COVERAGE PLANS
Content Plus: A complete insurance package that protects your home’s content in cases such as fire, earthqauake, explosion, occupier’s liability against third parties, flood, theft, short-circuit, all risks and other.
Content Extra: All the covers included in the Content plan above, plus the coverages of relocation expenses, breakage of glass, sanitary fixtures and mirrors and other.
You can additionally add the optional covers of Content Theft without Burglary and/or Valuables/Jewelry.

A building is defined as the structure together with its facilities (e.g. central heating, doors, windows) that cannot be detached from it without having their value reduced and additionally solar panels, kiosks, swimming pool, etc.
Content is considered as all the mobile assets that constitute a common household equipment and are located indoors or in storages that are parts of the building. They need to be intended for household use only and not a professional one, office equipment used for distance/remote work. Also, content is considered as all the fixed objects that that are attached to the building and can be detached without losing their value (e.g. air conditioners, light fittings, electrical appliances, clothing, furniture etc.

In home insurance, the following excesses apply depending on the risk:
Earthquake: Excess of 1.5% of the total insured sum.
Bursting of pipes: Excess of €200 per claim.
Flood, storm, hail, thunderstorm: Excess of €200 per claim for damages to insured items. -

In the case of covered damage to contents, the following items are covered up to €2,500 per item, even if their actual value is higher:
- Items made of porcelain, crystal, gold, silver, precious or semi-precious elements
- Mirrors, carpets, tapestry of any kind, furs
- Pictures, paintings, status, handicrafts, any object that is considered a work of art
- Weapons, photographic material
- Computers, audio-visual machines
For theft following a burglary or robbery, the total compensation for these items does not exceed 30% of the contents liability limit as stated in the insurance policy.
For damages to areas defined as "Building," the liability limit does not exceed 20% of the insured amount of the building. If it concerns damages to photovoltaic systems, the compensation limit is also specified in the insurance policy.
In the case of covered damage to photovoltaic systems, the Company's liability limit for all such damages will not exceed 20% of the liability limit of the Building mentioned in the Table of the Insurance Policy.

The score for each route and the total score are calculated depending on your driving behaviour, meaning:
- Speeding
Speeding is defined as exceeding the speed limits indicated in each road.
Your score is calculated considering how long you have been driving over the speed limit and how much you exceeded it.
- Mobile use while driving
Mobile use is calculated by detecting the device movement while driving (talking, texting etc.) as captured by the smartphone sensors.
The score is not affected as long as the device remains stable (for example when the driver uses Bluetooth or hands-free) or the driver uses their mobile when their car is not on the move.
- Braking
The score for braking is calculated according to the factors below:
- The number of times that sudden braking might occur
- The overall behaviour of the driver in relation to their use of braking
This overall behavior is called Aggressiveness and it can be low, medium or high.
The rate of Aggressiveness is important as it indicates how smooth someone’s driving is in general. Medium and high Aggressiveness can raise the stakes in driving, which is why they can lower your score.
- Acceleration
Acceleration is scored based on the following factors:
- The number of times it might occur
- The overall behavior of the driver in relation to their use of acceleration
This overall behaviour is called Aggressiveness and it can be low, medium or high.
The rate of Aggressiveness is important as it indicates how smooth someone’s driving is in general. Medium and high Aggressiveness can raise the stakes in driving, which is why they can lower your score.

About the app

The App needs the following settings in iOS, in order to work properly and record your trips:
- Location Services (GPS) must be ENABLED.
- Motion & Fitness: ENABLED
- Bluetooth (optional): ENABLED (useful in case of activated Car Bluetooth)
- Wi-Fi & Mobile Data (3G/4G): It is strongly recommended to keep the Wi-Fi and/or Mobile Data (3G/4G) ON in order to optimize the Trip recording procedure
- Low battery mode: must be OFF (Settings / Battery)
- Background App Refresh: must be ENABLED (Settings/General)
- Compass Calibration: ENABLED (iOS Settings > Privacy > Location Services > System Services > Compass Calibration)
No worries, it is very simple to have the proper setup! Most of these device settings are ON by default and the App guides you during the installation to provide all the required approvals and make the necessary checks. So, unless you change those settings, no further action is required.
The App needs the following settings in Android in order to work properly and record your trips:- Location Services (GPS) must be ENABLED
- Low battery mode: must be DISABLED (Settings / Battery)
- The App must be allowed to run permanently in the background by the device Battery Manager or any third-party Battery Optimization app.
- The App must NOT be included in any Battery Optimization lists.
- Wi-Fi & Mobile Data (3G/4G): It is strongly recommended to keep the Wi-Fi and/or Mobile Data (3G/4G) ON in order to optimize the Trip recording procedure.
- Google Play services latest version should be installed/activated in the device

Yes. In order for the App to work properly, you should never Sign out, uninstall the App or do anything that might disable the App.
In such case your Smart Drive insurance policy will be cancelled.

Your insurance policy renewal procedure is quick and simple.
Twenty-two days before your insurance policy expiration date you will receive via email the renewal payment notification.
Two days after the payment of your premium fee you will receive the renewal of your insurance policy in your email.

Via direct debit:
A standing order or automatic renewal is an easy payment method for your insurance, which gives you a 10% discount.
This means that:
- You pay the full amount of the premiums with the card you provide
- Your policy will be automatically renewed every year without you having to do anything
- 10 days before the payment date, an automatic attempt will be made to charge your card. You will receive a notification about the renewal of your policy before the automatic charge
- The 10% discount will apply to all your policy renewals

In case you sell your vehicle and for any other reason for cancellation, all you need to do is contact Anytime via one of the following ways:

- By sending an email to motor@anytimeonline.com.cy from the email address you have registered with us, including the reason for cancellation.
- By post, including the reason for cancellation.

All the Anytime Standard Drive motor insurance programs cover the main driver and any other driver between 25-80 years old holding a driving licence exceeding 2 years of validity, with no need to include them by name.
If you have included in the policy a main driver or any other driver younger than 25 years old, then, according to the Standard Drive insurance program any driver between 18-80 years old is covered to drive, with no need to include them by name. Make sure to declare the date of birth of the youngest driver and the most recent driving license if a driver under 25 years of age is declared, including whether they have less or more than 2 years of driving experience.
We do not insure drivers with a learning or international driving licence. We insure drivers with a European driving licence or a licence valid in Cyprus according to the legislation.

What you should know if you have a home loan

It is important to know that you can insure your home at any insurance organization you may choose, regardless if insurance is already offered at the bank from which you got your housing loan.
According to the Credit Agreements for Consumers relating to Residential Immovable Property Law of 2007 (41(I)/2017), the bank that grants the loan is obligated to accept coverage from any insurance company different to the one offered or preferred by the bank, with the condition that the level of coverage is relevant to the one offered or preferred by the bank.

- The mortgage clause
Both documents are automatically sent to you with the issuance of your initial insurance policy and with every renewal of your insurance policy.

22 days before your insurance policy expiration date you will receive via email the renewal payment notification.
2 days after the payment of your premium fee you will receive the renewal of your insurance policy in your email.

Via direct debit:
A standing order or automatic renewal is an easy payment method for your insurance, which gives you a 10% discount.
This means that:
- You pay the full amount of the premiums with the card you provide
- Your policy will be automatically renewed every year without you having to do anything
- 10 days before the payment date, an automatic attempt will be made to charge your card. You will receive a notification about the renewal of your policy before the automatic charge
- The 10% discount will apply to all your policy renewals
Online:
- Via internet banking at www.jccsmart.com using the Code of Online Payment which you will find under the section ‘Payment Data’ in Payment Notification
- Via your card (VISA or MASTERCARD) by contacting us free of charge at 800 88 80 during working hours 08:00-18:00

In case you sell your vehicle and for any other reason for cancellation, all you need to do is contact Anytime via one of the following ways:

All the Anytime Smart Drive motor insurance programs cover the main driver and any other driver between 23-80 years old holding a driving licence exceeding 2 years of validity, with no need to include them by name.
If you have included in the policy a main driver or any other driver younger than 23 years old, then, according to the Smart Drive insurance program any driver between 18-80 years old is covered to drive, with no need to include them by name. Make sure to declare the date of birth of the youngest driver and the most recent driving license if a driver under 23 years of age is declared, including whether they have less or more than 2 years of driving experience.
We do not insure drivers with a learning or international driving licence. We insure drivers with a European driving licence or a licence valid in Cyprus according to the legislation.
